Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Colorado State University Pueblo in 2000. In the years following, she worked as a registered nurse in critical care medicine and settled in Ft Collins, Colorado. After four years in the field, she realized the existence of a greater view of health and healing that incorporated more than just the conventional approach of Western medicine. She decided then to further her education and expand her horizons. Following five more years of intensive study, Elizabeth graduated in 2008 with a Master’s degree from the Colorado School for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and became a licensed acupuncturist. Experiencing TCM’s vast healing capacity, she developed an ongoing passion for the medicine and its deep traditions. Chinese Medicine, being rooted in Taoism, led her to study with Master Yun Xiang Tseng (known also as Master Chen). She has completed her Wu Dang Qi Gong Instructor Certification and External Qi Healing Certification with Master Chen. She continues to study Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Taoist philosophy, Internal Alchemy, and Qi Healing with Master Chen. With her broad knowledge and experience, Elizabeth can bridge the gap between Eastern and Western medicine, and help you construct a more comprehensive plan for your health.
